Venu Notifications not opening first time in widget

Hi,

When my notifications settings are set to 'Off' or 'Calls Only', I get an issue where it takes up to 3 taps before the notification opens. Sometimes it opens first time but mostly takes 2 or 3 taps to get them to open, which is quite frustrating.

When the settings are on 'Show All', then the selecting of the notifications in the widget works perfectly, the notification opens from the widget first time round all the time round. So this leads me to believe there is a bug in the software. Does anyone else experience this?

  • Hello .  Please try a hard reset of the watch.  To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button on your watch.  Ignore the "Power Off" question and the assistance alert (if applicable) on your watch, just continue holding the power button pressed down until the screen goes blank.  Once this occurs, you may release the button.  Allow the watch to sit powered off for a few seconds, then you may power it back on by pressing and releasing the power button.  

    If this does not work, tag me in a reply and I'll reach out to you via email to get some videos showing the specific behavior from the watch that you are mentioning.
