My Venu doesn't count steps anymore?

I bought the Venu watch 6 months ago and since 3 weeks it doesn't count steps anymore, not on the watch itself and they're also not shown on the app. Does anyone know how I can reactivate this function? I've already tried turning it off and on again and the newest update is also installed. It's quite an urgent case of emergency!!

Turn off and on the the watch or activity tracking? Venu - Activity Tracking Settings

Make sure you check Settings, Activity Tracking and status is set to ON on the watch itself. If it is, try doing a soft reset by holding down the A button for about 15 seconds until the watch powers off (past any notifications). Then wait a few seconds and press the A button again which will turn it back on.
