Vivoactive 4 turning off alone after firmware 5.60 update

My Vivoactive 4 is turning off alone, no matter the battery level, it just turn off. I though it was the battery, but with a 100% is doing the same. How can i resolve this problem?

note: i reset the watch but the problem continue.

Can this problem be fixed by software update? I think so.

Please help!

    Hello! Does the watch turn off by itself at random times or does this only happen when trying to do something on the watch? Just to verify when you reset the watch, was this a "restore to defaults" on the watch?

  • Yes, it turn off at random times. if the battery level is 80-100% most of the time it does not happens, at least i try to connect to wifi, no matter the battery level, for example, checking for updates.

    Also is happening when i go for a run and finish the activity, press the finish button and pressing the saving logo on the screen then the watch turn off again.

    Okay, can I have you restore to defaults on the watch (Menu>Settings>System>Reset>Delete Data and Reset Settings) and see if you still experience this same issue? If you do, please let me know where you are located so we can get this resolved.
