I've been using a specific WF for several months, with AOD turned OFF.
This week I began trying out a new WF and then noticed that the previous one has caused screen burn-in (I emphasize that AOD is OFF).
Has anyone had this experience?

For assistance with this issue, please reach out to your local Garmin Product Support team:
I have added 2 partial screenshots. The 1st shows the right side of the previous WF, where we can clearly see the text + phone calls icons.
The 2nd shows the burn-in in exactly those spots, while using…
My Venu also has burn in. I followed one of the links provided in this thread to this official Garmin support page:

I have been a long time Garmin user and liked the updated look of the Venu - but the screen burn in is terrible.
Is the expectation that we have to buy a new watch every 2 years just because the burn in looks so terrible?
I would be very hesitate to purchase a new one for $500 + knowing it will deteriorate so quickly.
Hello,
This picture does not seem very clear. Would you please reach out to your local Garmin Support team to look into this for you.
Apparently this is normal. They expect you to pay $160 every time this happens for a replacement. I think they all do this and they can't afford to replace them all so they are asking the customers to pay and then they get additional profit. As much as I like the GPS accuracy it looks like I'm done with Garmin Venu watches.
Well called support in UK to be told it would £138 to replace my Venu watch as it is now out of warranty and emailed a link to how to protect from screen burn bit to late now. This must be a screen design fault but Garmin expect the customer to pay for that. Poor show Garmin you charge a lot for a watch but provide a product that is not fix for purpose and then hide behind the warranty. I guess all I can say is bad custom travels faster than good so will be exercising my freedom of speech.
