Venu streak vs connect streak does not match

Yesterday was day 121 of my goal streak. My venu told me I had a 16 day streak. Those numbers matched for a while but no longer do. The streak alert on the venu is useless when it's so far off. Why do these values not match? It can't be that hard to sync those two given the amount of other data that syncs.

We have a case created regarding the streak not matching the streak on the app. Our engineers are aware of this and we are adding anyone who would like to see this as a feature.

How can I get added to this? I have posted about this a couple of times and received no response. My venu has dropped the number of days a few times now

Mine is doing the same thing. It’s so frustrating. My watch said I hit the 60 day streak but my app said day 56. So I did the next four days and the watch said 64 days and my app says 58. It’s insane. I’ve tried rebooting both. I’ve synced them! Irritating. Did you get any resolution? Thanks.

No I didn’t get a response or find a fix. My app now says 201 which is correct but my watch only says 29

Makes zero sense why it does that. Thanks for the reply. Guess I’ll keep searching for a fix.
