The hydration widget for Venu is not working. It does not sync and it is not lit up on the watch. All the other widgets work fine. I just bought the watch and it works well otherwise.

Hello! Can you remove the widget and sync then go back and re add it and see if that helps!

Hi Amber.  Yes, I have tried that.  The Venu widget is not lit up like the others.  Sometimes I see a red exclamation point too.  

Can you sync the device with Garmin Express on the computer and then unplug and power the watch off and on. Then tell me if there is a difference, But before that can you take a picture if it shows the exclamation point?

Hi Amber.  I sent some pictures to Christina from support.  She is helping me as well.  There is the exclamation point and notice the cup is also not illuminated like the rest of the widgets.  

Ok were you able to do the above steps?

Yes.  Nothing has changed.  The cup at the top is not lit and it will not transfer the data.

I did this and nothing changed.

Venu Sq here. The same problem with me. The hydration widget disappeared from "My day" stats two days ago. Also when I reach the daily goal there is no animation indication of "goal reached". And yes, the red exclamation mark appears every time I enter a new water intake. Tried to rearrange the widgets, powering on and off the watch, resetting the watch, installing the hydration widget through Gramin express. Nothing helps. Interestingly it is on my watch (just not in the My day stats), but when I access it through Garmin express in hydration widget is missing from the widgets on my watch. I downloaded it and install it again - again I can see it in the watch aforementioned problems still not being resolved), but not it is not shown in Garmin express. Obviously, there is some central bug with this widget after the last update. I hope you fix it because it is a nice and useful widget we all need!

I have a venu SQ and have the same problem. I tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps, the hydration widget is simply not syncing.
