Venu shows Bluetooth passcode when disconnected

Whenever my Venu disconnects from my phone the Bluetooth passcode appears on the watch face. How do I stop this code from appearing?

Suggest re-pairing the venu with your phone and make sure no other devices nearby are trying to connect to it. Any other phones, tablets, etc go into Bluetooth settings and "forget" the venu.

Thank you for your response. I've completed this and the watch still displays the Bluetooth passcode when the paired cellphone is out of range

Hello! Are you using an iPhone or Android? Are you also pairing to the app only?
