Battery Charging Issues

my Venu will no longer charge when plugged into a USB charger plugged into anything else but my laptops. Wall chargers will not work.

Even when plugging into the laptop the watch vibrates continuously for several minutes with the battery charging icon flashing on and off until it starts charging.

I’m sure this isn’t normal. Any suggestions?

Also every now and then the battery crashes from 90% charge when I go to bed to 5% the next morning.

Hi there. Can you clean the cable with rubbing alcohol then try plug the device back into the computer? Does the cable still seem to sit snug within the watch when charging? Does it look damaged?
