Green sensor light at back of Garmin Venu

Sounds like you should contact support....

Just double check somehow HR wasn’t accidentally turned off on the watch first.  Settings, wrist heart rate, make sure its on.

I had the exact same problem and had to send in my watch.

Hello! If you have gone through the settings and set the device back to factory settings and you are still not getting HR or that sensor is not coming on. We need to look into your warranty. Are you by chance in the US or CAD?

I'm in Ireland so I contacted the Garmin UK & Ireland customer service 

It was a Christmas present so only new watch

I'm having the same problem with my venu. I've done 3 factory reset but still no solution
