Something interesting I found out...

When I ride a bike, I was always disappointed that even with a cadence sensor, it would not record the pedals' revolutions as steps. So, I put my watch against the outside of my left thigh, under my bib and it did count the steps but more interestingly, it also did record my heart rate precisely! I know that because I also have a strap that I paired to my trainer (and not my watch) and looking at the Connect app on my phone and the trainer's heart rate, they both match within one or two BPM.
