Sleep tracking poor

I've just bought a garmin forerunner 45s. My first health tracking watch. I am disappointed that the sleep monitor is so inaccurate. It says I slept over 19 hours, yet I was actually awake every 90 minutes and for over half an hour at one point. It didn't even show me as awake when I got up to go to the loo. Mind you, I wish my actual sleep pattern matched the profile on my watch!

Having said that, when I look at the movement patterns, the peaks were when I was awake. I wonder why I can't change a limit so that I can match the watch to my sleep and it can learn from me how it works on an individual.

Any plans for improvement Garmin?
