So I updated to the Beta 5.46 and heart rate measurement stopped working

I was curious to try out the new SW 5.46 and installed in on my Venu. Installation went smooth and first no problems appeared.

But suddenly the heart rate measurement stopped. No green or red lights flashing anymore though all the settings were correct. 

So my journey began to do a soft reset (pressing the upper button for a long time), connecting it to Garmin Express, resetting the watch to default setting, resetting the watch including all data, removed it from Garmin Connect, added it again. I spent hours trying to fix it. 

Sometimes the green light was flashing for a few seconds but stopped again just showing -- and did not start again.

So eventually I reset the watch and went back to SW 5.10

Right now the watch works again but I lost my faith in Garmin (this is already my second Venu as the first just went out and could not be started again)

Considering the primitive sleep tracking and that now new features will come to watch apparently I really regret my purchase.
