The top button does not respond after running. I have to keep pushing before it ends the exercise.

Hello! Does this only happen after a run? Or does the top button not respond at all whenever you press it, inside or outside of a run?

Hi, thanks for your reply. It happens only after runs. I run outside. Besides after runs it works fine.

Can we try a test activity inside another activity profile and see if we get the same issue?

With other activities I don’t seem to have the problem.

Okay, can I have you perform a factory reset on the device. Please sync all information with Garmin Connect before hand as this will delete everything from the watch. (Open Menu > Settings > System > Reset > Delete Data and Reset Settings) Let me know if this helps!
