Hello, Can you disable the location services on the phone for about a minute. Then re enable the location services and sync your device.

OK, Can you have sync with Garmin Express, after it syncs, can you unplug it and reset the device and repair it to the app. But before you pair it, disable the location one more time for a few seconds. If this does not work, we will need to look into getting a case started for this so we can investigate further.
When I reset the venu do I select Delete Data and Reset Settings?

Where are location services?
This worked for me, I synced with the Garmin Connect app on my back to back up any data. I then went into the watches System menu and found the Reset option. I had to re-pair the watch to the phone and during this process, when prompted, set the Location Services setting to 'All the time', rather than 'Only when using the app'
