my Watch, The Venu, won’t hold its charge, it’s 22 hour old and I’ve had to change it 3 times so far...

Sounds like possibly a deflective watch. Suggest contacting the retailer or Garmin Support directly starting with the Garmin Support Center. Call or chat for faster service, depending on your location.
