Hello! Can you plug your device into the computer and sync with Garmin Express Then can you unplug the device and hold the power button for 45 seconds ignoring power off then turn it back on and try the GPS again.
Ok, I am going to have you reset the device to defaults so it goes back to factory settings. Then have you step outside and grab the GPS. Let me know if this works and if not we can get this resolved.
