I usually go for walks twice a day with my dog. Nothing special. But I treat it as my daily health routine to keep me in some decent shape.
I don't treat these walks as some intense workout as this is pretty much a part of my daily routine. So when I start walking I noticed the watch auto detects it after 5 minutes. That's fine, it is programmed to do it. It also finishes the activity on time when I get home later .
But the issue is...I don't see the correct start point on the map. It basically shows I started walking 300 meters away from my house. Which means it missed 5 minutes of data, including steps, time etc.
Other smart watches did not have this issue like galaxy active 2.
I know I can manually start activities, but auto detection fucntion is created for a reason. Does this happen to others too? Do you guys miss around 5 minutes of data before the auto detect function kicks in?
