A button not working for control menu

When I hold down the A button, the controls menu is no longer coming up. It started happening after a software update today, but don't know if it's related. Currently running 2.40.

Any ideas?

Hi, keep holding the "A" button down till a message appears - ignore the message and keep holding the button down. The screen will eventually go black - that is it switched off. Then all you have to do is switch it back on by pressing the A button for a second. Hopefully that will do the trick - goodluck

Yeah, I experienced the same after the 2.40 update. Just follow P's advice. After rebooting the watch should be back to normal.
