Black screen when starting the activity!

Good evening, I bought a Garmin Venu and I immediately noticed a problem. When I start an activity (running) suddenly everything disappears, I can't see any data, the screen stays black! If I go to the activity settings, in the section "RUN SETTINGS"> "DATA FIELDS"> "SCREEN 1"> "LAYOUT" the same happens, I don't see anything, but I noticed that if I scroll the pages are displayed for 1 / 10 second.
The same happens for all other sports!
I state that I have no data fields installed.
I tried to do a full reset but without results.
I'm new to the garmin world, bought the device, configured, installed all the updates and this happened to me on the first run.

    Hello, this is not normal for the device. Has this since happened after the first run?

    yes, it always happens. If I use another third party running application it works fine. Now I try to make a video of this malfunction.

  • Thank you for the video. This is not something that should be happening even after trying a reset. This watch needs to be exchanged. I would contact your local Garmin support so they can get this resolved. I apologize for the first experience you had with Garmin but can assure you this is not normal. If you have any questions please let me know!
