My Venu does not start anymore

Yesterday my Venu suddenly shut down. I thought the battery was too low so I charged it, but even when I charge it nothing happens. I tried cleaning the contacts, pressed the upper button up to one minute as it was suggested, nothing helps.

What do you think is the problem? It worked properly yesterday during my lunch run, I have not dropped it or anything. I purchased it this Feb.

Hello! I apologize this happened. Can you please plug it into the computer and hold the power button for 45 seconds. If this does not work, unplug from the cable to the watch and re plug and repeat this step 20 times. If this does not work, we will want you to contact your local Garmin Support.

Thank you. I tried that but it dit not help.

I had to send it in for a replacement. I wonder if this happens often with the Venu or if it is rather rare?

What shipping option did you choose? Immediate or did you send yours in first?

Local Garmin support asked me to send it (I had to pay) to them. So I did that today. Now I'm waiting for further news.

OK, I see. If it was not in the US I can not exactly quote shipping times unfortunately. In the US it is about 7-10 days.
