Venu in Update Loop

Since today, my Venu is in an update loop:

Indicating the blue "boot" triangle", then indicating update - and starting from beginning.

Hard reset did not help. Connecting to PC did not help. Sent it back to Garmin.

If somebody has the same issue: read, that letting the battery drain can help.

Could not try, as my Venu is on the way to Garmin.

Same issue for me.

Battery drain already, and bootloop is still there.

Same issue with Vivoactive 4 (very similar to Venu) --> seems to be a general problem. Can be happy, if you are within warranty period

I have the same problem with Venu since 13th Nov. PC doesn't see the device.

The watch is sent back to Garmin through the retailer which has reimbursed me.
