Open water Swim

Garmin, Please add open water swim to the Venu. Now that the swimming pools are close due to covi-19 we all went out to swim in the see, ocean or  lake. Please do this tribute to your costumers,  PPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEEEE.

    Open Water is only a native activity on Tri watches (fr735,fr745,fr945, fenix).  There's more to it than just an activity including "smarts" in GPS for the device going under water at times, and batch mode HRM to get HR data after the swim (the HRM-TRI and HRM-PRO has this ability)

    I'm sure Garmin can develop an appropriate app for the Venu.

    I agree. I just purchased a Venu having seen it advertised as one of the most up to date models for swim, bike run. I'm gutted that I can't open water swim with this watch and wish that had been explicitly noted somewhere as I did a lot of research. My swims are predominantly open water. So disappointed
