What should OX be AND exercise readings

I'm looking at the Venu Sq and have seen a few reviews mentioning " this is my OX" and it shows 80's or low 90's and they are not concerned

So my 1st question is... Is the target "ox" different from what you would get on a finger pulseometer? If so what should you be shooting for? In the DR's office when doing the finger mine usually is about 96, they say 100 is perfect and they dont get concerned untill its 92 or less - are we talking the same numbers here? ( if so why is eveyones so bad and no one concerned?)

2nd question- I also saw on another post that the OX can only be read when stationary, is that true and if so does than mean its not reading during exercise like walking? I thought during a workout it tracked HR, OX, Breathing, ect. Am I wrong on that?

  • If I'm not wrong, Venu only reads Ox when you are steady.

  • Venu has 3 settings under Pulse OX - 1 Off, 2 During Sleep, 3 All Day. So it can track all day pulse ox but it is recommended to only track it during sleep as this will give you the most accurate readings.

OK so its NOT on specificly during an activity unless I go through the settings and turn it on then then off when done or have it set to always on?

Also what about the number? is this suppose to be the same number as you would get with a finger pulseometer?
