How to delete uninstalled items in Connect IQ

Has anyone figured out how to delete uninstalled items in Connect IQ. I have uninstalled everything I no longer want but it still shows in that list. How can I delete them from that uninstalled list? Worse case scenario, would a factory reset on the watch do that?

They're gone from Garmin Express. I am trying to delete them from the IQ app. I did hear back from Garmin and the answer is you can't but they eventually go away on their onw. Just not sure how long that…

If you connect your watch to your PC/laptop and use Garmin Express you can right click the items and "remove them from list" :-)
