Venu SQ and continuous Pulse OX

I have continuous Pulse OX set to on but it hasn’t taken it all day as far as I can tell. I only see the sleep and the two manual times I took it. How is this supposed to work, what am I missing?

Iirc the continuous option was for sleep monitoring as it can only monitor when you aren't moving.

Edit.. actually bought one today.. there are 2 options - all day (including sleep) or just sleep monitoring. It should definitely track throughout the day, I've seen it light my skin up with the red led in a dim lit room during the day.
