Haptic Feedback on Venu SQ

There is no difference between the low, medium and high settings for the haptic feedback on the Venu SQ and so I can’t feel any notifications come in. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a place to report it?

Also, will there be a separate forum for the SQ since I “think” it is running different versions of the firmware?

Same here. Suspect vibration is set to low in all alternatives. Vibration hardly noticable.

Have you reached out to support on this issue?

No I haven’t. Its my only complaint about my watch but I wish they’d fix it.

Hi. I was adviced to do a full reset of the watch. Haven't done it yet - will try during christmas. But I sincerly fear this is an SW issue - hopefully I will get a more distinct haptic feedback than it is today. Seems to me all setting gives the same level of feedback - probably (or hopefully) "low" in all settings

I don’t know whats different as I never did a reset of the watch but mine seems to be working now. I do power off and on about once a week as I notice sometimes my body battery is incorrect until i power it on and off. I don’t know if it makes a difference but I don’t use the icon to power off, instead I hold the A button (past the text to send an assistance alert, so about 10 seconds in all) until it powers off. After that I press the A button again to power back on.

Good to hear. How did it change? Did the high setting become 'higher'?

Definitely higher. I can tell the difference when setting the volume of it from low, medium and high. I can actually hear the buzz now besides feel it.

Seems it works on my wifes Venu as well. Curious to see if it'll last. Nice find
