Garmin Venu Battery Drain 10/2020

I noticed this week that my battery randomly goes to 9-10% after 1 day. I've had to recharge twice now. And normally, it's every few days or so. I haven't used it to track anything either this week.

Yeah, I've got the same issue.

Since yesterday, battery melts in a matter of hours.

It's been roughly 6 hours since full charge, and I've burnt through

40% so far and I've done absolutely nothing today.

Try to do a factory reset maybe this will solve the problem. I suggest you create your own watch face using the 'Face it' tool if you need the battery not drain fast in general. my venu can stay seven days at one charge if I use my custom watch face. Do not use a laptop to charge it.

I just noticed last night I was at 10% battery left, and then I forgot to charge it. This morning I woke up and the battery was at 8% (it used to always lose 8 - 10% overnight). I decided to ride it out and see how long it lasted, and it made it about 22 hours on the last 10% of my battery life. Not sure if the battery is draining faster so much as not accurately representing the remaining life in the % field.
