hydration widget not appear on my garmin venu

My hydration widget does not appear on my garmin venu, yet I can select it as a widget.

Hello, did you download the hydration widget from the Connect IQ store and when adding the widget are you following these steps after its been downloaded?

Hold .
Select > Widgets.
Select a widget.
Select an option:
- Select Reorder to change the location of the widget in the widget loop.
- Select Remove to remove the widget from the widget loop.
Select Add More.
Select a widget.

The widget is added to the widget loop.

If this is the case can you remove the device, power the device off, then back on and pair the device back to the Garmin app. Can you also be sure the device is up to date?
