Virtual run on VENU for zwift

Hi, I apreciate the venu is not a runners watch like some others in the range. But why would the software be restricted so that virtual run is not possible.

All we want to do is connect it to the Zwift app for HR.

If the hardware is all in place why limit the software?

I have been looking for solutions to this too. I spent WEEKS researching watches. There was nothing to show that the Venu 2 which is newer and more tech heavy, would be limited so that tracking a lot of my activities are requiring 3+ apps. I switched from Fitbit and at this point, Im considering returning this and going back to them.

I don't think you looked at the higher end devices. They have many more features than the "lifestyle" devices like the venu and va devices..
