Venu won't continue playing music after being paused for more than about 1 minute.

I've tried a couple different devices and I'm having an issue where if I pause a song playing from Spotify for longer than about a minute, it won't resume when I press play without doing a full reboot of the watch. I've used the same headphones and speakers with my phone with no issues so it is definitely a problem with the watch software. The songs are downloaded to the device. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I am having the same problem. It is extremely frustrating that this occurs, I may run into a neighbor while running and stop to talk. When I attempt to hit play it is completely frozen. I am using Samsung Buds. I am not in a position to restart the watch since I am in the middle of a run. I love my venu, but if this continues, I will be investing in the Galaxy watch...

I have had this same problem recently as well. A downloaded Spotify track on the watch was paused for a few minutes and wouldn't resume - tried to press play both on the watch and my earphones. The only option was to restart the watch just as I was about to begin a run :(

Having the same problem on a vivoactive 4 with Aftershokz headphones. Please contact garmin support too because I'm pretty sure they dont really monitor these threads.
