Floors climbed / Altimeter suddenly going crazy

This just started yesterday with my Venu. I went on a usual hike yesterday and it had my altitude at something like -500 ft. And now it’s 10 am and I just got a notification that I’m at 10x floors climbed goal, so 60 flights. I’ve probably done 3 flights. What’s going on??

i have done the recent updates.

When ever I start an activity (walking for example) after a minute in the activity, it prompts me about my goal of Floor Climbed which is unreal, Sometimes it 2*Goal sometimes 4*Goal (Goal = 10 Floors) when the real number is less than 10 floors and this did not happen once, been facing this problem for a few days now. Something to do with the update?
