Venu volume control

Volume control is not working from watch. This was a primary selling point for me and I am really disappointed. Please suggest a fix!

Same for me. Bluetooth headphones remote volume does not work, and the watch volume control does not work either, stuck at full volume. Updated to current firmware and bluetooth as of 5-22-2020 and does not help.

Works perfectly on Samsung Galaxy Buds+, Sony MDR-1000X and Anker Soundcore Slim+. Sounds like whatever headphones you use are at fault.

Just came yo know from service center about Get help section under website, and there it is clearly stated that this volume issue happens because of not using compatible headphone :(

I didn't think samsung galaxy buds paired with garmin watches, mine didn't so I bought a universal pair, any ideas on whether they pair with all the garmin watches, mine is a venu.

I don't use them often, but I paired my Galaxy Buds + with my Venu without difficulty.

How is this not fixed yet? I bought open-ear wireless headphones specifically for running safely (you know, with my running watch) and the volume is way too loud, and I'm unable to control it. Garmin, do better.
