I have just bought a Venu and I can't get LiveTrack to work correctly.
These are the setting on the watch: Settings, safety & tracking, livetrack, autostart on and recipient is listed
On Connect app on my phone:
Safety & tracking, livetrack, Autostart - on; Entended livetrack - on; email - on; Recipients - 1 recipient with the correct email address; Twitter and Group track both off.
Venu is connected to phone - green light next to Venu showing. The Venu Is correctly syncing; BUT while I can record a walk it's not sending a Livetrack link.
What have I set up incorrectly?
I have noticed however that if I change Autostart to Off on my phone I can manually start Livelink and it seems fine. However, why do I have to do it manually when there is an Autostart feature.
Does anyone have any suggestions on any setting etc I have missed? Or has there been a software upgrade that has affected this?
