VENU: Why are firmware updates not rolled out to Asia Pacific (APAC) units? Mine still has 3.90 while the latest FW rolled out is already 4.40

It’s been over a month since we got a firmware update on the Asia Pacific region. We’re still running firmware version 3.90. Which is a few versions behind the latest software update. Is it just me or are all APAC users also experiencing this?

APAC FW usually lags ROW FW by a few weeks to a month or so. And the version numbers can also be different.

This is not venu specific, but same on other Garmin devices.

Ahh got it. Thanks! But is it normal to lag by more than 2 firmware versions?
