My Garmin Venu does not make any sound of vibration when there is a notification.

My Garmin Venu doesn’t make any sound of virbration when I get a notification. I have him now 4hrs. I did the update for garmin.

I have software version 5.10 and no vibration either. Probably faulty. However, the question I would like to add is why the watch does not have any sound. Is it not supported ???? Please tell me this is not true !!!

It's true. There are no speaker or piezo in the Venu. AFAIK, it was never advertised as having one. I know most smart watch has one but the Venu is foremost a fitness watch.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think that the label 'fitness watch' justifies it for not having any sound. It's a very basic feature. I do think a premium watch like the Venu (I paid 360,- euros for it) can be expected to have this.

Next to the missing vibration I am strongly thinking to return it and chose another watch :( Such a pity, I spent such a long time selecting the best option and the Venu was my favorite. I did not imagine it did not have a speaker for simple notification sounds.
