Not detecting pulse xo.

Been wearing the Venu for a few hours and my pulse xo numbers are not showing in the app. It just shows --. It's the whole reason I got this watch. I turned it on in connect settings "all day pulse xo." Why is it not checking my blood oxygen level?

According to this page, I'm supposed to have a pulse xo widget on the watch when I swipe down.. but I cycled through all of them and it's not there.

Forget it. It just started working.
