Why my garmin venu can not update to 4.0?

I have seen many forums that say Venu SW 4.0 is now live but my watch can not update it still says that it is up to date? anyone has this same problem?

Sounds like you may have an APAC watch and not the ROW/World Wide version. APAC devices get updates at different times than ROW.

Thanks a lot for the reply, I purchased the watch here om Taiwan, is there a difference between APAC watch and ROW/World Wide version? in terms of function? will my watch be able to update to 4.0 later on?

Looks like you do have an APAC device. APAC devices are different than ROW, and their update come after ROW - it could be a month or so later.
