Serious runners beware. Wrist HRway too generous!

My street creds:   76 yr old,have run over 92,000 road miles over the last 43 1/2 years and have been into HR numbers since Polar first introduced back in the late 80’s early 90’s.

Used a chest strap for years, various brands. Recently using Polar OH1+ arm HR. Also the new MIO. For the heck of it I ran with just the wrist HR on my Venu. Ended up 10+ avg HR over a course I run a lot at the same pace over my 7 mi course. I should keep using which would help raise my VO 2 Max.  Healthy New Year to all. Hey, keep running- there is no finish line, well the cemetary. Nick
