Body Battery not charging and stress seems abnormally high

My body battery seemed to functioning correctly and charging overnight.  Then on Sat it dropped to 5% and didn't charge at all that night.  Sunday night it charge slightly up to 14.  My stress levels seem abnormally high.  Even during sleep and just sitting on the couch reading. I'm starting to worry - these are based on HRV.  Do I have an issue or a faulty watch? These stats are causing me anxiety for sure. :(

    Thats Garmin, welcome.

    If i trust my Venu im realy relaxed in a 40 minutes traffic jam and i have to hurry up - and my body battery dosent fill up if i take a nap (garmin cant record naps). Thats just crazy what garmins software think what i feel.

    I seem to be having the same problem. I reset the watch and that worked for a day and now my body battery once again is stuck at 5%. My stress according to the watch seems high as well for just sitting and watching TV. Even when I sleep the body battery does not charge and my stress throughout the night/sleeping is medium to high stress.

    I will try again tonight and see if the body battery will charge and my stress gets low.

    Having the same problem with my new Venu

    Stress skyrockets, BB stuck on 5%

    ps. You just HAVE to include naps!  If Fitbit, Apple and the rest can do it, why not Garmin?

    Garmin, any fixes PLEASE?

    My stress levels were abnormally high too while I had the Venu, then I returned it for a full refund and magically my stress went away!

    My point of view? They cant and they wont. 
    They dosent understand why naps are interessting. Firstbeat can do this, dosent coast so much (Xiaomi include that für 200 bucks lower). 
    Guess they hanging in the loop of "Hey, young developers. WE dont need this. It works the last years and it has to do that next years".

    Software fault my brand new Venu doing the same thing. Four days old never been above 5%

    I have been using simultaneously a Venu and a Vivoactive 4. Venu body battery is stuck at 5 whereas Vivoactive 4 charges up. So, definitely a faulty software

    My new venu is doing the same thing. And it’s not alcohol related or caffeine

    I am also having the same problem. Not caffeine or alcohol related.

    It doesn't make sense.

    As fas as I read about, software for both is pretty the same. The only difference is the screen.
