Hi I got a venu watch and bought it a month ago. heart rate not working. And the OLED doesn't work either. I checked the settings and didn't seem to accidentally click anything.

I didn't use the watch too much. I used it twice for running and riding and it just stopped working after a few hours. Both the OLED and the heart rate sensor.
