View full default watch face using gesture, rather than just data & time?

Hi,

I have turned on the gesture feature. I noticed that the screen shows just the date & time, not the (great) default WF I'm using (Chamomile 2).

Can this be changed?

When you gesture, it should show the entire watchface. Otherwise, it only shows the date and time. You can't set it to always show the entire watchface.

The reason you see a reduced WF unless you do a gesture is to both save battery and prevent burn in.

But I'm not clear on the issue. Shouldn't the gesture parameter show the full WF?

Flicking my wrist sometimes shows the full WF and sometimes only the reduced data (date&time).

Until I set the gesture parameter, I could only see the WF by clicking on the B button.
