Wi Fi error code 010

While searching for wi-fi networks, my venu watch ends up with the messaqge ' Unable to connect to wi-fi network. Error code 010.

This way, i can not add music-playlists to my watch ...

If you have any idea, how to solve this pls help

    Same here on my new Vivoactive 4s. According to some forums this seems to have been an issue for several months.

  • To help us investigate/escalate this issue further, we would ask that any users experiencing this respond to this thread in the format below after restarting your watch. 

    • What make of router do you have?: 
    • What type of WiFi security is in use (i e WEP ,WPA, WPA2, etc)?:
    • What type of WiFi frequency does the router have (i e 2 4 GHz, 5 GHz, etc)?:
    • Have any router settings been customized?
    • Have you attempted to connect with any additional networks?
    • Did any issues occur when you paired the device via Bluetooth?
    • Do we have your permission to reach out by email to gather some information from you?

    We apologize for the frustration caused by this and ask for your help to resolve this. Unfortunately this is not an issue that can be easily reproduced in-house so we will need to gather information about your specific experience.

    I have the same issue on my vivoactive 4s, can't believe this has been unresolved for so long - Christmas present ruined

    • CenturyLink router
    • WPA2 security
    • Router has both a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz set up.
    • Not since the network was setup by CenturyLink
    • I tried connecting to my phone hotspot and that didn't work either. 
    • No issues when paring to the phone via Bluetooth
    • Yes, please reach out for more information. I've already submitted a request for help on this issue.

    Same issue let’s hope customer support is a better experience than the Venu has been up to this point

    The Venu connected fine before the update that installed this morning

    If this has indeed been going on for a month without resolution, there’s no choice but to return the product. Please respond with some information or an update.

    Hi,

    We got the same error code on my daughters Vivoactive 4s...

    The Connect app also turned all black, had to reinstall it!

    Whats next..?
