Music volume control - VENU

I’ve just bought two VENUs garmin watches for me and my girlfriend just because of the music and we can not control the music volume with JBL reflect flow.

This is an absurd!! The main funcionality of the watch is not working and they have no idea when (and if) they will solve???

You might want to vent your displeasure in the appropriate forum. This is for the 945.

for sure Music is NOT the main function of the watch. Per se, telling the time is the main function of every watch. Tracking activities is the main function of activity trackers like the Venu.
