As of this evening, my Garmin Venu Sq has started having multiple issues:
- Screen not displaying during activities, even with tapping
- HR & steps not tracking (in or out of activity)
- after taking troubleshooting steps, it’s now not syncing with my phone despite being connected.
I’ve taken all the recommended troubleshooting steps for each individual issue including power on/off, plug in to charger and reset to default settings, as well as the GPS setting run it wants after reset. Activity tracking is definitely on. All to no avail.
If anyone has any ideas I’d be very grateful!
