Garmin venu stuck on flashing blue screen

I have been using the Garmin Venu for the past 3 years without any issue. A couple of days ago it started flashing a blue triangle. I connected it to Garmin Express and updated the watch and reconnected to my phone. It seemed to work fine for a few hours before crashing again. It had 100% battery and is back to a flashing blue triangle. This time it won't connect to Garmin express, hard reset not working, turned it off and on multiple times nothing worked.

You can try this. It's for a different model, but the procedure should be the same.

I connected the watch to my computer via USB charging cable and then pressed the Power button (right side, top button) for 10 seconds or so, it switched off the watch, Then pressed the same button to switch on, and then It showed me the triangle but this time with vibration and then after 10 seconds or so, the watch face appeared.

Otherwise, will need to contact Garmin Support.

I did this yesterday and it worked…when I tried the same today it kept doing the same thing - toggling between switching off and the flashing triangle. Tried it a few times but no response.
