After updating to sw 5.0 can't sync with my phone

After updating my Venu SQ to SW 5.0 it is not possible to connect the watch with Garmin Connect using bluetooth. Also, I can't connect the watch to wi-fi.

I have the same issue. I have to disconnect everything then reconnect.
Garmin connect will then sync and then it disconnects again.
this needs sorting
