IQ! error randomly displaying on my Venu Sq since factory reset

One of several issues that my Venu Sq has developed recently:

Since factory resetting my Venu Sq (to try to resolve activity tracking issues), it has randomly displayed an IQ! error. It hasn't got any custom faces installed and is using the same face I was using previously, before these errors appeared. The software version is 4.60.

How do I determine what's causing the error to display and/or potentially resolve it?

on the watch, there is a log of CIQ crashes in garmin/apps/logs/ciq_log.yml (or .bak) This will tell you what crashed.

Thanks - found it.

Turns out it's the ever-reliable Hydration app that's causing it.
