My Venu Sq has a failure resding. something about missing data or files. it wont do anything when pressing buttons on right hand side

I was having issues charging my Venu SQ, so I plug into my laptop. its charging now but neither button on the right side will work. I was getting test run failed due to missing data or files.

Any suggestions
