Will you explain more of what you are trying to do?  Are you trying to remove data so you can install something?

I want to install the update to 4.10. But there is always too little memory displayed. I have already deleted the.fit files and different languages. But it's still not enough.

I had the same message, not enough memory.  I uninstalled the faces and other Connect IQ features that was on my device, then installed while connected to the PC.  Have you tried doing this?  You can reinstall any IQ items after the update installs.
