Is something wrong with software v3.70? Two Venu SQs keep bricking themselves.

My trusty Venu SQ started acting weird a couple weeks ago - freezing, turning itself off, not recognizing a charge, etc. No amount of resetting would make the freezing stop, so I filed a warranty claim and they sent me a replacement. I've had the new watch less than a week, and it's starting to fritz out too!

Is there a known issue with this software version (v3.70) maybe?  I've never had this issue before, and now two watches in less than a month.

    If it was acting normal and now it’s not, I’d try forcing it to shut down, then re-start it.  Hold the A button for about 15 seconds until it shuts off (Past any assistance notifications).  Then turn back on.  If there is anything in memory causing your issue this will clear it out.
